Why is My Poop Green?!
66So you have green poop! It looks gross, seems mutant-like but is it a thing you should worry about?
Green poop can be caused by a variety of factors, some being harmful and some absolutely benign. The rule of thumb is that if it is a consistent issue then you should seek medical help and go to a doctor instead of consulting this hubpage.
Are you ready to become a poo expert!? I hope so. Here we go!
The biggest cause of green poop comes from your diet, next time you stand up and look into the toilet, don't be scared! A diet consisting of large amounts of high cellulose plant matter such as leafy greens such as salads, broccoli, celery and spinach can play a very large role in the color of your poop.
Green and purple food dyes are often a very common reason your poop comes out looking so green. If you have a really serious repulsion to green poop, and don't want to find gumby in your toilet, cut out the dyes!
High Iron Diets And Vitamins can change your poo for the green daily if your intake is too high. Iron is a natural part of the reason your poop is brown, however too much turns the tables and can result in some gnarly looking feces.
On to the harmful reasons
If none of these fit your category I suggest you see a doctor immediately, the green poop could be a result of something more serious such as Parasites or a Clogged Up Digestive System.
A clogged up digestive system can be rescued by a colon flush or a strict detox regimen, however if you have parasites you should see a doctor as soon as possible as it could turn into something much more hamful than having to see your mutant colored feces.
For anyone who is intent on having a healthy digestive system, a cleanse or a detox is a great decision for anyone.

Could green eggs & ham also cause this unfortunate malady? :D
How funny, I see you were not kidding in the forum. I'm glad I stopped by for the read. And remember what Dr Oz always says that your poop should be in the shape of an "S" or a "C"... Happy pooping :)
